1. I have the option of taking out about $2000 more in student loans than I need. Is it smarter to take it and pay interest (it's unsubsidized and I'd be in school 2+ yrs) or is it a bad idea to pay interest for "just in case I need it" money? 2. Hoping someone can settle this dispute from a court tv show... the case was about a guy suing his illegal roommate (as in the landlord didn't know the roommate was there but the 2 guys had a written agreement between each other). Is there some sort of paperwork that would alert the landlord to that or is it actually possible to sue in court without the landlord finding out the 1st guy broke his lease by getting a roomie without permission? THANKS!!!
