I have a one-bedroom apartment which I share with my 2 year old son. Until recently, I had both of our beds in the bedroom, and we kept the toys and good stuff in the larger living room. About two months ago, I bought some new furniture and I decided to try a different arrangement- put my bed in the larger room and let him have the bedroom just for himself. He sleeps in there just fine, but we spend most of our waking time in the living room still. His bedroom is just boring as it is now.
My question- how do you reccomend making his bedroom more fun, while on a limited budget? I don’t want to spend lots on furniture, and we definitely have enough toys. I would paint the walls away from their current boring white, but we are renting and I don’t know how long we will stay in this apartment.
I thought maybe you guys had some creative, cheap ideas!
