A couple o' recipes from a friend of mine. I've been looking at other ways of taking my lunch to work... here goes. I know some people here have posted the "what do I do with all this food" things before.. this took care of a couple of extra things for me! Hope you consider it a poor skill, I know I do! I'm on Weight Watchers, too.. so these are kewl with that diet. Taco Soup 2 cans of kernel corn 2 cans northern beans 1 package ranch dressing (the powder) 1 package taco seasoning 2 cans Rotel dip 1 cup of water. Add it all together and cook until hot. It's really good with some FF sour cream or weight watchers shredded cheese. ---------------------------------- Diet Coke Chicken 1 can diet coke (or any diet dark soda, even grape) 4 4 oz chicken breast 1 cup of ketchup Put all ingredients in a skillet and cook until done. It's REALLY GOOD!!!! Seriously! Eat 1 breast over 1/2 cup of rice for 6 points. (Its 4 pts for 1 chicken breast.)
