A place for my stuff; a place for living

Pardon the George Carlin reference, but it is quite fitting. So, I have been living in my north Spokane basement studio apartment for a little under 5 years now. I, just recently, after getting off of my probation period from work, treated myself by re-doing the place. From it, you can tell I love Pink Floyd and you can tell a little bit about me. Anyways, behind the cut are my photos:

My bedroom. My mom insisted of the Gothic vibe of this comforter set and insisted I had to get it. Being my affiliation in the past with Goth…hardcore, most would agree. Hey, there’s a cow above my bed!

A shot of my living room; part of my book collecton on one of my shelves, my love seat and tie-dye futon, which most agree completes the look. That was made by the same people who do the linens for a lot of the houses on Extreme Makeover Home Edition.

Another shot of the futon. And, Freckles, my 11-year old mini Dachshund had to get in on this action. He is so adorable.

My LAZ-BOY. AKA: The Captain’s chair. And yes, I shop at hot topic. Proof is in the harry potter throw blanket. That is my office area in the background.

My love seat with pillows I got with the new load of stuff.

Good shot of my living room; futon, love seat, hint of recliner.
