This is the first time I’ve attempted to grow sweet potatoes where I haven’t lost them to visiting animals. Now what? Its two weeks to the first frost, and we they show no signs of slowing their growth. Do they die back at the first frost? When do I harvest, it has been hard not to dig some up, but I’m hoping that each week they are growing a little larger.
