african violet help!

african violet help!

I Googled all over the place with not much luck, so I decided to ask here since that usually ends up being more helpful. My African Violet has had these bite mark and scratch mark-looking things showing up on the leaves recently. A day or two ago, I pruned off some of the leaves that looked the worst, thinking that whatever invisible culprit was causing the damage might disappear with those leaves. No such luck, it seems. I don't see any sort of bug creature crawling around, which is what is the most confusing. I also have an unknown succulent plant sitting on the table with the violet that has been looking a little sad, but I contributed that to the fact that we haven't had much sun recently. The succulent doesn't have any similar bites or scratches. And I don't have kitties to blame for this, either. So, does anyone know what's going on? All of the websites with African Violet bug descriptions sounded nothing like this. Here are some Here's a picture of the plant, which looks healthy, but you can see on the leaf on the left a bite taken out of the top edge and some sort of "scratch" opposite that. This is just another example of the bite mark type things. Thanks for any help/advice!!
