After Halloween sales
Just got back in from Target a little while ago. The Halloween items are marked down to 50% and there was quite a lot of stock still. Parents can get costumes for next year, if you normally buy them. There were loads of decorations if you're in to that. Some of it could even pass as "fall" merchandise. There was some infant clothing, like sleepers and onsies but...they had a little Frankenstein patch or something of the like on it. But hey - baby doesn't realize it right? I got a couple of Halloween disposible 35mm camera w/flash for $2.49 a piece. Then there was, of course, candy - which I do not need anymore of. And finally there was the regular food, packaged for Halloween - cereal, Doritos, Pringles, etc. Very good deals on those. They had some very good buys on DVD as well, incase you don't get the Sunday paper. Antz, Shrek, Prince of Egypt, Chicken Run and Spirit at $7.50 a pop. They also have a "Dollar" section in our store where everything is one buck. Presently you can purchase ladies underwear (bikini style), items to make cute bath sets with, pet gifts (collars, stockings, bowls), caps and matching mittens and headbands (these might only suffice here in S. FL, not sure if they're warm enough for real winters), novelty socks, lip glosses, notepads, pens, coloringbooks, calendars. If you've got kids who exchange gifts with friends or teachers, or have to buy a gift for coworkers this season this might be a good place to start. K, that's about it. Thought I'd share.
