ANOTHER hydrangea question!
My first "newbie" post! :) So does anyone have any idea why my "Nikko Blue" is blooming in THREE colors?! The only flower mops that are truly blue are around the edges of the plant, and the others range from pink to purple. I've picked off a few branches that have all three colors in ONE flower mop! I haven't tried soil acidifier, but I tried feeding it a little slow release fertilizer specifically for rhododendrons and azaleas. It also got a bit tromped on during several hard rains, and some of the branches haven't righted themselves yet. Should I stake, or just give it a bit more time?
