another W-2 question
I never received a W-2 from one of my employers. When I called to see what was going on, the boss just gave me a mailing address (for the main office, I assume) and told me that in order to receive a W-2, I had to mail them a SASE. Um.... aren't employers responsible for mailing me my W-2 in the first place? I know that $0.78 doesn't seem like a lot, but I'd want to use certified mail, etc... and if I don't have money for heating oil, why should I pay for the shipping of my W-2? I'm in Alaska, if that makes any difference.
