I’ve got an interview for a job tommorow. It’s a shoe salesman job at Famous Footwear. I am getting it as a second job since my hours at the sporting goods store in the same mall have been cut. I had asked a manager before about working with my schedule for another job, and she said they would work around it…but then I asked the different manager who is in charge of scheduling if it was ok, and she said “Sure, as long as I make my schedule after they make theirs, otherwise they need to work around me“.
So basically I need to know how much shoe salesmen, and particularly ones at Famous Footwear make, so that if I have to decide between my current 8$/hr job and my famous footwear job, I will have more information.
How does commission work? How much do you usuallly make in commission, and what is the hourly rate?
