My mother planted a leaf vegetable last year that didn’t quite get a chance to grow before the chilly weather hit, but three plants came up in the same spot this year and she’s not sure what they are (nor does she remember what she planted in that spot last year). It looks like arugula to me, but doesn’t have the flavour of arugula that I’m used to. Any idea what it might be? Does it look safe to eat?
