So my husband and I planted this asparagus last year, and this year it's popped up double it's original size. I know it takes two or three seasons for it to be "established" but I was curious if any of you have experience growing this yummy plant and could give me advice on when it's "ready" and how I go about harvesting...and any other tips you can think of :) Our seed order from Heirloom Seeds came in a couple of weeks ago. What foods are you and yours growing this season? I'm hooking up with fellow gardeners in my area to do swaps and exchanges so we can all enjoy the fruits of our labor.
