So my husband and I planted this asparagus last year, and this year it’s popped up double it’s original size. I know it takes two or three seasons for it to be “established” but I was curious if any of you have experience growing this yummy plant and could give me advice on when it’s “ready” and how I go about harvesting…and any other tips you can think of :)
