It sucks that bamboo has such a bad rep. I have 13 species…only 2 leptomorph (running). The rest are pachymorph (clumping). I love my bamboos! Yeah they take maintenance to look pretty. And (the majority of mine) can tolerate a max low of 25F. I use my bamboos for craft, furniture, fencing and trellising.
