Sometimes life drops strange things in our lap. Anyway, thanks to some unusual circumstances I have about 30 bananas in a box that I need to do something with, ASAP, before they go bad. Poor skillets, this is a lot of free food, and I don't want to waste it. Do you think banana bread would freeze well? I also thought of dipping them in chocolate and freezing them. We are already up to our chins in banana pudding.
