Here are my plants! They are all watered with distilled water, and all the indoor ones sit in from of a S/W facing window.
I've had this Phaelonopsis the longest... probably about seven to eight months. Terra cotta pot. Feed every other week, water once a week.
These are minnie Phaels. Their flowers are so cute. That one looks a little unhappy... the leaf is yellowing. Terra cotta pot. Orchid potting mix. Feed every other week, water once a week.
African Violets! I've had these for about a week. I transplanted them from the store bought container into a clay container with african violet potting mix. Feed every other week... probably water only once a week.
This is one of my sundew. Not the best pic though. At least you can see the leaf shape. Still in store bought container. Going to transplant into a sand/peat/ perlite mix in a plastic pot tomorrow. Probably keep a tray under it with water. No schedule, just bought today.
My cattelaya (sp?). I've had it for about two weeks. I don't think it's bloomed yet. I bought it in one of those net things. It looked sad, and was the only one that didn't look half dead. One of the leaves is deformed though.Terra cotta pot. Orchid potting mix. Feed every other week, water once a week.
Easter lilly sprout. My boy friend gave me a Easter Lilly for Easter. Soon after the flowers slowly died off and the plant started to die. I decided to keep it because I had read that it'll die off and a new shoot with grow. Sure enough! Terra cotta pot, miracle grow potting mix. Water when dry, feed once a month.
Baby lavendar! I started these from seeds, and they've been growing for about three months. Terra Cotta glazed pot. Miracle grow potting mix. Fed every 2 - 4wks.
Aloe Vera! I've had this for about three months. It's in a terra cotta glazed pot, in regular potting mix. Watered sparingly, it goes dry inbetween waterings. Probably water every other week, and feed every 4 - 6 weeks. It's growing like crazy and one of it's leaves were very helpfull for a cut I had.
Small peace lilly. Glazed clay pot. Miracle Gro potting mix, fed once a month. Watered about once about every week to week and a half. It's grumpy and doesn't want to flower. I think it just might be adjusting still. The foliage is healthy, and it was blooming when I got it. I've had it about five months.
Big peace lilly! I've had this beauty for about a week. Terra cotta pot, miracle gro potting mix. Fed once a month, watered once every one to two weeks.
Lucky bamboo. It's in a glazed pot filled with rocks and water. I put a couple drops of plant food in every two to four weeks. Had for over a year... about a year and a half.
Brown Spiderwart. I've this one for about six months. It had a bunch of blooms when I got it, but they all died off. I think it might be the potting mix it's in, or it could just not be getting enough light. I water it about every other week - wek and a half. Feed once a month. It a terra cotta pot, with miracle gro potting mix. I'm thinking it might need a more complicated mixture.
Last, but not least, my other Phael. Terra cotta pot, orchid potting mix, watered once a week, fed every other week. Had for about 3 - 4 months.
