Blossom End Rot

Blossom End Rot

When watering this morning, I discovered blossom end rot on one of my tomatoes... I'm really upset and saddened by this... I have two tomato plants in containers on my balcony, both of which have green tomatoes on them. We've had torrential rains all summer, and then they get a lot of sun on our balcony. I've been doing my best to keep a steady supply of water, but it's obviously not enough... What can I do to fix it? Keep in mind these are container tomatoes... How much and what do I add to the soil to fix the calcium problem? Should I snip these tomatoes off to divert energy to the non-BER tomatoes? Are they all going to come in like this? : (
