book mooch!

book mooch!

I posted this in a book community, but I thought members here would be interested.

I'm sure you've all heard of BookMooch where you can trade books only for the price of postage. It's like the poor book lover's paradise.

I have about 30 books in my inventory that I have to get rid of in a week. This is because my office receives A LOT of book submissions and since no one else wants them, the books end up languishing in a dusty corner. Most of them are in perfect condition and due to my area of work, tend to focus on the chick-lit genre.

Anyway, I'm leaving my job so if I don't send these books out before I leave, they're going to get tossed.

Are any of you guys here signed up for Bookmooch and would like these books?

I'm getting sad and desperate, because the thought of perfectly readable and entertaining books getting thrown away makes me cringe. I don't want to sell these because I'm not interested in making money; I know I can easily donate them to Goodwill, but instead of lugging boxes of 30 heavy books around, I'd rather send them to someone who will enjoy them...and they can sell them for what it's worth. :)

Let me know!!! You have to be a BM member and log in to see my list, but if you are still interested, comment and I'll see what I can do.
