Borrowing from Peter to pay Paul

Borrowing from Peter to pay Paul

I've got a lot of debt looming over my shoulders guys. I have medical bills to the tune of $900 and another for $200 (the $900 is in collections :( ). I have two unpaid parking tickets ($60 and $40) I have squeaky brakes that aren't working particularly well and a cat that needs to be spayed. I have an extensive amount of dental work that needs to be done, and though I have insurance it's still going to be expensive. My payments for the medical bills are $75 a month, and on top of that I have a bank loan that's running me $50 a month which means that I'm currently paying $125 just paying things off which leaves me no money for the other things (parking tickets, brakes, cat, dental work). I've been thinking about trying to take out a new loan at my bank for $2000. This would cover nearly everything and so long as the payments are less than $125 a month I'd be saving money (on a short term) because I'd have more money each month. However, a loan like that on $50 a month with the interest that my bank charges (say it's similar to my current loan) would take about 5 years to pay off and would cost something like $3000. I just don't know what to do. Is there any other options that you guys can suggest? Or is getting another loan a viable option? And then as a related question, what is the chance that I'll get a loan from my bank considering that I've just had my current job now for only three months - though I've had a steady work history for 4 years now? :(
