With Thanksgiving around the corner, my mom and I are practicing our recipes for when our hungry extended family comes over. I made some banana raisin and walnut muffins, a pumpkin pie, and pumpkin muffins. All heaven! Only thing is, when my banana muffins came out, they were dry >:l So I said, this would be a good opportunity to make my own butter! I was originally going to do apple butter or cinnamon butter, but just regular butter for now before I move into the big leagues. I used to make when I was little, I can't wait to do it again :3 Here's the recipe for everyone!
It's super simple! Only thing that's different is, when I was little I remember picking up "heavy sweet cream." All I saw at the store was "heavy cream" and "whipping cream" And I was like "Poo!" But the heavy cream is what you want ;)
