Just for the candle lovers out there. I finally decided to see if there was a way I could make candles cheaper than purchasing them. All you need to do is purchase some wicks (I got 100 votive wicks for less than $5.00) and a few molds (I got 4 votive molds at.50 a piece) You can purchase wax or melt down all of your old candles and pick out the old wicks and any soot pieces (a bit tedious but the product is great!). I added some essential oils and shredded some crayon into the mix (crayons are wax too!) and voila. I have about 80% left of the wax I purchased and made 11 candles from my old wax and a bit of the new. I spent $30.00 for all of the supplies and have about $30.00 worth of candles right now and still have 80% of supplies. I'd say that's a good bargain!
