Does anyone know if Capital One only charges one over limit fee per billing period? Or do they charge one for each day it is over the limit? My fiance and I are broke right now. We have 2 bucks to last us until he gets paid next Thursday and we need to get gas so he can get to work.If he can't get to work then it means losing his job and no money. SO it seems like the lesser of 2 evils would be to just go and get gas and put it on the card and just pay the overlimit fee. It would be cheaper for us to do that if they only charge one fee per billing cycle than if they charge one for each day its over the limit. If we did this with our checking account, we would be charged an overdraft fee plus a fee each day its unpaid and we really can't afford that. So anyone know how Capital One charges for this? I know the over limit fee is 35 bucks but I can't remember if they charge anything else. Thanks :) *Edit* Thanks for the info everyone :) I got the answer I was looking for.
