I desperately need some tips for cheap but healthy food (no ramen!). I HAVE to get my grocery bill down, and this week plus next week we are so poor we don't have much to buy food with. I'm pregnant and nursing, so I have significant nutrition requirements. I'm applying for WIC on Monday, I really don't care for the food they offer but I don't have much of a choice now. Any recpies and tips that you have I'd much appreciate.
