I got gas for $2.35 a gallon today. In some ways I'm thrilled that I got it that cheap, in other ways it horrifies me that $2.35 can be thought of as cheap. Our Hyvee has a gas station, and if you get groceries before you get gas, you get a discount (today's was 6 cents a gallon). If you get the items listed on the flier at the front of the store, you get an additional 6 cents a gallon per product, and it's cumulative. I got all but one of the items on today's fliers, and it added up quite a bit.
