Cheap Indian recipe with lots of protein

This is for an Egg and Lentil Curry - boil 6 eggs (I use the Alton Brown method. Put the eggs in your water when it's cold. Bring the water up to a boil and then turn it off. Leave the eggs in for 15 minutes.) Then peel and cut them up. - at the same time, boil 1 cup of lentils (any color) in stock (or broth or boullion) until they're cooked. - while those are cooking, mince up 1 onion, 3-5 cloves of garlic, and 1-2 cubic inches of ginger and sautee them slowly in 2-3 tablespoons of oil and a pinch of salt until the onions are golden - add a 14 oz can of diced tomatoes and the egg pieces to the onions - add some red and black pepper and some garam masala (again, the recipe for that is here: http://www.ochef.com/r75.htm) until it tastes good to you - drain the lentils and add them in. Use the leftover broth as part of the cooking water for your rice (very flavorful and extra nutrients!) - stir around and salt to taste - serve with rice (preferably brown rice so you get fuller and stay full longer)
Ugh, I hate myself right now.
