Cheaper than eggs!

Cheaper than eggs!

Hey guys!

I am just writing to tell you about powdered egg replacer. In Canada, one can find boxes of King’s Mill brand egg replacer at the Bulk Barn for about six dollars, and one box replaces about 100 eggs. I use it in baking to replace the eggs in cookies, cakes, and muffins.

Not only is it cheap, but it’s suitable for vegans and people with egg allergies :)

AND egg replacer doesn’t seem to go bad. I had one box that lasted me a year.

I know there are powdered egg replacers in other countries (EnerG in the USA, for example) but unfortunately I don’t know how many eggs a box of it replaces, or how much it costs on average. (Maybe someone here knows?)
