I have a pound of cherries that is ever so slightly molding. I'm wondering if it would be safe to make into jam? Or would the mold make us sick? (Would cooking it harm me?) Also, would anyone have any easy/good recipes for Cherry jam without fruit pectin? And could I replace some of the sugar with Splenda? Thanks in advance!
