In my yard I tried not to have too many flowers because of the issue of attracting bees. Here are 4 containers I made. I tried to get creative and am happy to have accomplished my goal of having color without too much fragrance.
This is a container that I have in the back yard. The grass is supposed to be perennial. I hope it comes back next year. I’ve never tried planting decorative grass before.

On the front steps I put some asparagus fern in with coleus. To save money I grew the coleus from seed and bought just one little asparagus fern for about 2 bucks and split it in two.
This container has one of the caladium bulbs I thought was lost finally popping up it’s little head there on the lower right.
