Could use some help identifying flowers, and other questions!

I live in an apartment – have been at the same one for about a year – and have noticed various flowers springing up this year (which I didn’t plant, obviously). I’m hoping someone can help me identify what they are!

First is this adorable blue/purple thing growing in shade along the border of the yard:

Next are two plants that were in a semi-cultivated space:

(The plants in the background are cherry tomatoes!)

The last are some smallish flowers growing along a rock wall in the front lawn:

I would also especially like to know if anyone knows the best way to hijack some of these flowers for future gardens…i.e. will these eventually have seeds, or should I divide them, or what? This is the first year I’ve grown anything, so I may or may not know what you’re talking about…but I’m sure I can look it up!

Also, is it feasible to grow a mulberry tree from seed? I have a few mulberry trees in the yard and would love to get some babies started so I can eventually plant them.

in the middle photo the pink flowers are Verbena Boneriensis and the purple/blue are some type of Salvia. Top pic looks like a type of Campanula to me
