Day 1: $.99 chili from Wendy’s (very filling), 1 banana $.18
Day 2: $.99 Wendy’s caesar salad, $.99 chicken nuggets (which I broke up in the salad, very tasty)
Day 3: 2 bananas $.37, can of Wal-mart corn $.50
Day 4: 1 box of Litte Debbie oatmeal cakes $1.29, 1 banana $.18
Day 5: repeat day 2+ Wendy’s Chili
Day 6: double cheese burger, $1.00, 2 bananas $.37
only drink: water or nonsugared kool aid.
It wasn’t this structured but the point is that I spent less than $20 a week feeding myself and loss 25 pounds (in 2 months) in the process.
