Ok... Looking for some ingenious ideas... My husband and I live in a condo with terrible soundproofing...I think the holiday inn's is better. We can clearly hear thw radio, videogames, conversations, etc. Of our neighbors. The bedroom that our bedroom backs up to is the biggest concern. He, we've dubbed him "coughing guy" is generally pretty quiet except for a constant cough... Very odd hours (moving furniture at 3am)... And his tv that he's now put right at the head of our bed...and its not even that loud... But it may as well be in our room. Its so bad that we are thinking about moving the bed into the office but then we don't have access to the closest and bathroom. Is there anything we can do on a budget to get better soundproofing? We already had the condo get someone to blow more isolation into the wall... Would a diy padded headboard help? Any ideas? TIA!
