It all started last week when I went to bed early and couldn't sleep throughout the night. When I woke up, I had a case of dizzy spells and still do to this day. I have never had any dizzy spells in my life and was wondering if maybe a humidifier will help with my sleeping habits. They often come after I wake up in the morning. ETA: I emailed my doctor and she said it may be my sleeping habits. She told me to do a couple of head excerise before going to bed and to sleep upright instead of laying flat for a week to see if it goes away. So far it worked as of this morning. Thanks!
