Please tell me something… just to get an idea of what the general pop does when they scramble eggs.
Do you crack your eggs into the pan and then scramble as you cook
or
Do you whip them up in a bowl before you pour them into the pan
My family thinks I’m weird because I whip them up in a bowl before putting them in a hot pan on the stove. They have never seen such a thing and pooh-pooh me whenever I do this.
*shrug*
Is it a Midwestern thing? I don’t know.
Thoughts? Input?
