My rose bushes are full of buds, and I found this one opening today; I’m in zone 6. It’s a Joseph’s Coat. I have one climbing up each side of the trellises on my porch. I also found this volunteer viola in the back of the bed. It’s no where near where I planted them last year and also a different color…
I’m thoroughly enjoying everything that is blooming and growing and taking as many pictures as I can, because I just accepted a position that involves moving. I’m crossing my fingers that whoever buys my house will not rip out my rose bushes (I have five total). Anything but the roses!
