Flea beetles on Eggplant

Flea beetles on Eggplant

Hi, all! I need some help with my eggplant.

I planted eggplant for the first time this year {fyi — I’m a novice gardener}, and was very excited when the flowers started to bloom over the past few weeks. When I checked on them a few days ago, the blooms were gone, and I noticed that all of the leaves had zillions of tiny holes in them. After some Googling, I think I have flea beetles on my eggplants. The tomato plants around them are fine (so far).

Is there any way that I can save my eggplant? Is there no hope now that the blooms are gone, and the leaves are holy and full of bugs?
Ugh. Has anyone had experience with these critters?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
