food and knats!
Anybody have any ideas on how to get rid of a few knats flying around my room (and ALWAYS around my head, no matter where I go!) with the stuff I may have here at home? Also, does anyone here ever buy the cheap cracker-and-ham (or turkey) lunchables? I get them on sale for about 80 cents each, and I find them to be easier and cheaper than buying shaved ham, crackers, and sliced cheese (plus the candy bars in them!), and I LOVE them to death and practically live on them lately! I can also get the store brand ones when the others aren't on sale, but my frustration is that the store brand ones always have a defect, every time. Mostly they have less meat than they are supposed to, or the meat is full of gristle, or the meat is shaved way too thinly, or something. I complained to the store on their website (it's a pretty popular mid-west branch, Meijer) and hope they will send me some cupons or something! And lastly, I am a sucker for ice cream, and have recently become addicted to the most expensive kind, Ben & Jerry's 'Cinnomon Bun' flavor! (I got some when they had a big sale due to a flyer mis-print, I got them for $1 a pint, and they are normally $4!) I can't possibly pay $4 for a pint of ice cream, even though I think it's worth it for that heavenly goodness! Anybody have a cheap alternative to this flavor of ice cream?
