Food safety question

Food safety question

Our apartment complex (which houses low income disabled) had a free food delivery today, and I am somewhat concerned about the safety of some of it. Is there a place to check on the safety of specific items? I know things are edible past their listed expiration dates, but I don't know which, and for how long. Or, if any of you have experience or knowledge on the following, please let me know. sugar cookie dough with frosting. I think it's Pillsbury, it's Halloween themed, which means it expired a few months ago at the least. cotto salami with a May 2006 date swiss cheese slices with an Oct 2006 date corn tortillas with an Oct 2006 use by date bottled lemonade frozen pizza The organization delivering is a well known food bank, so I am hoping everything is safe. ETA: I called them, and was told everything had been frozen solid, or 'kept very cold' in the case of the items that wouldn't freeze well.
