fungus *inside* green bell pepper
Heyas. I grow bell peppers because I adore green bell peppers. I finally have some growing (June didn't happen in Iowa) and have been looking forward to them. The first was the double-pepper. Today, I picked another three because they were showing red near the stem and red? No. I like *green*. I cut them up into strips, but one was icky. It had a grey fungus growing on one group of seeds, which were brown rather than white like the rest. I think that the fungus was confined to that one locule, but what happened? How do I avoid this? I tossed the entire pepper into my worm bin.
