Furniture Arrangement

Hey all, I’m hoping your prodigious skills can help me out. I recently moved to a new apartment, and I’m stumped on a way to arrange my living room. It’s pretty small, and one side is taken up with a breakfast bar- so my arrangement options are pretty limited. My biggest issue is trying to fit a desk in the space, as well as the couch/chair/tv/normal living room stuff without making it look awkward. I’m in the market for a new, less ugly desk, so any experience or suggestions would also be welcome! How would you make this space work?
