Garden pictures and need help with rhubarb

edit: Pictures working, click on them for larger imageb> I'm so excited about actually getting a garden in this year! I've got it the main garden 2/3 planted (lettuce, spinach, sugar snap peas, beans, broccoli, pac choi, tomatoes are planted; I have corn, sunflowers, basil, and pumpkins left to plant), and am working on the perennial herb garden next. My garden! Inbetween the rows I have newspaper and grass clippings as mulch to keep down weeds. chinese cabbage (pac choi) broccoli (pacman variety) tomatoes! yes, those are marigolds inbetween the tomato plants. I read they help with attracting the good bugs. (brandywine and viva italia varieties) Onto the rhubarb question. We have this rhubarb plant, it came with the house, and is kind of planted in the middle of the side yard. I didn't realize that rhubarb just keeps coming back, and we're going on 3 years now with us ignoring it and it still coming up. I do'nt know what to do with it, but I think? it's healthy, and what can I do to keep it healthy? A friend of mine suggested to divide it, as she thinks it's pretty big but in looking at it, it looks like a bunch of little plants growing out of the ground. Do I just chop it in half and call it good? Also, what type of fertilizer should I be using? And when can I harvest the stalks? Thanks for any help! close up of the stalks
