I’m very sad to be getting rid of my car[!!!!], but fixing her is more than I can afford right now [I know, I've gotten estimates]. :*( She needs a lot of work [outside and maybe in], but still runs. Can anyone reccommend a way to get money for her? I know sometimes “junk” yards pay for vehicles, but not very well and I wouldn’t know how to bargain with them. I’ve tried craigslist already. Any tips would be nice. Thank you in advance.
edit- I live in southern california [inland empire], if that helps. I have no desire to trade it in for another car, so details don’t matter. I need to sell it for parts or to somewhere that buys damaged vehicles. I just need referrals to businesses/services that are out there, and maybe some ideas. Thanks!
