Getting Married On A Really Tight Budget.
My partner proposed to me on Saturday night and my mind has been filled with wedding planning. I've googled my little heart out, and read as many wedding-related posts as I could possibly find in poor-skills, and now I'm coming to you for help. We've set a date and picked colors and that's pretty much it, neither of us have ANY experience planning a wedding at all. Do you guys know of any planning/information sites that help in finding cheaper ways to plan a wedding? There's no way we're going to spend $20,000 (average) on a wedding. As a matter of fact, we're hoping to keep it under $3000. I'm looking for websites or blogs or just great tricks that anyone can share on planning a wedding on a budget. And if you live in the Cleveland, OH area and know of a great ceremony or reception site - please let me know! Thanks so much!!! Red ***Edited to Add*** THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Everyone's replies have been incredibly helpful, I wish I had time to reply to all of them. I'm checking out ideas that all of you have posted and am coming up with all kinds of great ideas. Thank you all again - I'm so happy to be part of this community!
