The Haymarket is your biggest friend if you are low on cash. I live in the Boston area and we are lucky to have one that is open on Fridays and Saturdays. If you are in the Boston area as well, it is certainly worth a trip. You need to know which vendors to buy from but this will come with a bit of practice. You can get bags of fruits and vegetable for like $5. Seriously, we live off of this place and go there every week. Prices also go down EVEN LOWER at the end of the day on Saturday but the selection is worse.
