Hi everyone! I’m a newbie to the group, found it through a friend. I’m not much of a gardener myself, my mom is really the one who loves doing it. But I do research for her from time to time. And I do admit… I do photography on the side and some of my best and most fun work is done in her garden.
So, I’ll start with a question. Does anyone here know anything about a plant called the Desert Rose? My mom bought one at a local farmer’s market, then saw on the internet that its sap is very poisonus, so I am trying to find out if this is true or not. She’s afraid with our dog and the plethora of children in the neighborhood, and she needs to decide if she wants to just pot it or put it in the garden.
