Hello, all!

Hello, all!

I have what might be a really strange question for everyone. I work full time and I am also a full time student, so I do a lot of running around. Unfortunately, this involves way too much fast food. I'm wondering if I could put together a sort of food pyramid in a box thing that I can just cart around with me everywhere and eat from when I get hungry. The problem is that refrigeration/reheating isn't really an option, so I'd need foods that kept up at room temperature. For Dairy, I figure I could get those cheese cubes and string cheese things, the texture gets a little mushy when not cold, but I can handle that. Fruits are easy, but I can't think of many Veggies besides carrot sticks, then Protein I could use nuts...and I was wondering about hard boiled eggs? Does anyone know if they need refrigeration? And then Grains have me completely stumped. Okay, I could do whole wheat crackers...and...? Any ideas, comments, questions? I'd be happy for them! Basically, what I'm after, is a container of food that is easy to transport, easy to eat, and easy to put together. Thanks!
