HELP!

HELP!

Ahhh… this morning my zucchini and squash seedling leaves had white spots. My uncle suggested spraying them with baking soda and water to kill off any mildew that was growing on them. I did that and now they’re shriveled and looking very weak. What can I do? Should I spray them with water to try to rinse off the baking soda?

EDIT: Thanks for the help! I’m totally panicked, but I’ll just have to wait and see.
