Help! Cat Advice.

Help! Cat Advice.

My cat Ollie is really good and always uses his litter box. About a month ago I moved it to a different location in the house and he adjusted just fine. A few nights ago I noticed that my closet smelled really strongly of cat pee but never saw him go in there so I assumed it was a pair of boots I let a friend borrow producing the smell. Tonight he jumped on my bed while I was folding clothes and peed all over it, for a long time. I even yelled at him but he didn't budge. It's like he wanted me to see him do it. Is he sick? His litter box is clean and I haven't changed his food. I can't imagine what could be wrong. Any advice? I just spent hundreds on an ER visit for myself last week and can't afford to take him to the vet right now unless I have to. Thanks.
