Help with weeping tea tree

Hi everyone, I just bought a weeping tea tree and need some help with this plant. The scientific name is leptospermum brachyandrum.

Do any of you know the:
1. Growing conditions? – soil, sunlight, watering regime, fertilizing regime etc.
2. Uses of the plant?
3. Any other things I should know.
