I’m thinking about renting a house in the near future. Like in a year or 2.
I just want to hear your take on this, the pros and cons of each, or which do you think is better.
I’d like to have a house:
lawn upkeep wouldn’t really bother me at all.
not having people living right under me/beside me
more room(my apartment is tiny less than 600 sq ft, and everything is cluttered together.)
but i guess the bad thing about having a house would be the price. that’s really the only bad thing i can see.
