How to find a job
A dear friend of mine has just had his company cease to exist. It's a long and unimportant story. He's in the position where he's never had to actually -find- a job before, especially not in the US, and I was wondering if you all could give me advice to give him about where to even start? His skills are mainly in the clerical area - excelfu, data entry, filing, etc. He has a lot of customer service experience and scheduling/manager-type experience as well. I'm sure there are other skills, they're just not coming to my mind right now. So, for a n00b-job hunter, where should he be looking? No advice is too basic, I assure you.
