Today was a beautiful day so hubby and I decided to work on our yard today.
Helicopters!

I’ve started bringing the seedlings (tomato, bell pepper, catnip) outside to get them hardy, I guess is what you call it. So far so good! In a few days I am going to start exposing them to periods of sunlight.

The sedum I planted last year came back! I truly thought some animal had chomped it to death.

Black violets, asiatic lilies, and coneflower in one bed.

Roses that need pruning in the other. (QUESTION: It’s okay to prune those now right??)

While transplanting the grass from the area we are making into a bed, my husband unearths a friend!

The Christina Maria azalea. It reminds me of my sister!

The “Red Hot” azalea and baby hydrangea. The hydrangea got frostbitten a little bit. :(

One of our kittens watches us through the window.

One side of the new huge flowerbed.

Other side.

Whole new bed. Two beds became one!
